At Byora, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund according to the following conditions.

Manufacturing defect: up to 30 days from receipt.

For visible damages (broken glass, missing pieces, scratches), notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a video. After this period, damage will be considered misuse.
Return Conditions

Products must be unused and in their original packaging with all accessories included.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered (e.g., bracelet links removed).

Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product is correct and in good condition.
Warranty
All products have a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt. To activate the warranty, provide a video up to 1 minute or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Important: Warranty does not cover:
