Shipping Policy

At Byora, we work with international suppliers who ship products directly to the address provided at the time of purchase.

Delivery Time
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days, depending on your location. Once payment is confirmed, order processing and dispatch take 1 to 3 business days.

Tracking
All orders come with a tracking code, which will be sent via email so you can monitor your delivery.

Partial Shipments
If you purchase more than one product, items may be shipped in separate packages, each with its own tracking code.

Possible Taxes
In rare cases, customs may apply additional fees or taxes. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Delivery Address
Please check your information carefully before completing the purchase. If the address is incorrect or the recipient is absent, the package may be returned, and the cost of reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
